Ventana Grille at Tierra Verde Golf Club  |  Feb. 14-15

 $35/person  |  6:00 PM and 7:30 PM seatings

Four-course dinner is highlighted by your choice of Filet Mignon with Crushed Peppercorn Sauce, Sweet Ginger Salmon or a Pan Seared Chicken Breast with Lemon Caper Buerre Blanc. Be sure to save room for Crème Brulee Cheesecake or our classic Red Velvet Cake! We will also have select wines 50% OFF by the glass or bottle.

1st Course | Appetizer – Choice of One

Italian Bruschetta

Toasted French baguette topped with diced tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, onion and topped with a balsamic reduction

Two lump crabmeat cakes, tossed with panko, fresh herbs, regional spices and topped with a corn relish

Baked mushroom caps stuffed with Italian sausage, spices and herb filling on a bed of tomato sauce
